On the outer face, lines change colour when the core is wet. You know when to change, without opening or waking anyone.
How it works
The indicator is an ink applied hot on the film, between the core and the outside. Moisture-sensitive, it turns from yellow to blue, or fades, as soon as liquid reaches its position. It does not measure a quantity: it signals a presence.
Three lines, readable from the side
On our premium ranges, three lines run along the length of the product and extend onto the side: a person lying on their side, or a carer standing by the bed, sees the colour change without uncovering the person. One glance is enough to decide on a change, day or night with low light.
Using it well
The indicator is a signal, not an instruction. A blue line at the first void does not mean the product is full; all lines coloured, or colour climbing toward the back, means it is time. The person's skin and comfort remain the first references.
